ASPA Customer Service After Hour Vending Policies:

Past due WATER/TRASH bills must be PAID OFF & CLEAR prior to vending (unless you made a Payment Arrangement with          collections office during office hours noted to your account.) Other wise must PAY HALF in order to purchase a debit meter token.

Minimum Vend is $10 for After Hours

Must pay $2 After Hour Vend Fee (Cannot CHARGE the fee to your account.)

CASH, CREDIT CARDS or CHECK accepted (unless on DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK LIST.)

No THIRD PARTY CHECK CASHING after hours.
