Things you need when applying for a new Electric (Water, Sewer/Septic System) Service.
A valid form of ID (U.S. Passport, Drivers License, Voter ID)
A valid local mailing address, telephone number (Work/Home)
Approved Site Plan from Public Works - showing the exact location and facility service.
Approved Land Use Permit from DOC (Department of Commerce)
Approved building Permit from DPW (Department of Public Works) Building Branch Division
Customer will be provided with License to Enter (Easement Forms) for signature of Landowner or Family "Sa'o" signature granting ASPA permission to enter the site location of your residential or Business Facility; and/or land affected in the process of providing you Electric, Water, Sewer/Septic Service; for Individually Owned/Leased Property-copy of Deed/Lease is required to process request.
If you do not have the above requirements, we cannot process your Electric, Water, Sewer, Septic service
